Responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative tasks for incoming rent (invoice & receipt).
• Support leasing team to interact with tenants for payments and lease extensions.
• Occasionally assist leasing team during apartment inspection/viewing for potential tenants.

• Cheerful, fun, energetic, open-minded applicants only! 
• Standard computer accounting knowledge.
• Ability to effectively communicate / work with other teams.

• Fluent in both Chinese & English
