Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively and efficiently to all enquiries from customers and coordinate with overseas agents to follow up shipment status
- Establish and maintain good relationship with customers and overseas agents
- Provide sales support to sales team, prepare quotation and reports, etc
- Any other ad hoc projects as may be assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above
- 1-2 years working experience, preferably from freight forwarding or logistics industry
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and strive for excellence
- Pro-active, aggressive and can work independently
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Immediately available is preferable
