Responsibilities:

• Answering general enquires, generating quotations and invoices
• Following up orders with customers
• Establish and maintain customer relationship
• Promoting products to various markets including local and overseas
• Working closely with the supplier, follow up with stock-tracking schedules
• Assist in develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans with management level
• Create and update for the web shop

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years Customer Service / Sales Coordination experience in building/ construction materials / products or working experience in online market
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Polite, independent with high ability in handling ad-hoc tasks and projects
• Literacy in computer and MS office software

要求:

• 書寫及操流利粵語，英語和普通話
• 銷售建築材料及相關產品方面的經驗
• 禮貌，獨立，處理任務和項目的能力
• 在線市場的工作經驗優先
• 能處理多種桌上電腦軟件
