Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide seamless customer service to our members
- Handle customer enquiries including inbound/outbound calls, and email communications professionally and resolve any service issues in a timely manner
- Support administrative & coordination work as well as assigned projects
- Prepare work related reports and data entry work
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above with at least 1-2 years of working experience in administrative/customer service field
- Excellent written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Pleasant personality with patient attitude and good telephone manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, well-organized, self-initiated, well-groomed, customer service oriented and able to prioritize
- Strong sense of team spirit
