Job Description

Job Responsibilities 

  • Provide seamless customer service to our members
  • Handle customer enquiries including inbound/outbound calls, and email communications professionally and resolve any service issues in a timely manner
  • Support administrative & coordination work as well as assigned projects
  • Prepare work related reports and data entry work

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above with at least 1-2 years of working experience in administrative/customer service field
  • Excellent written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Pleasant personality with patient attitude and good telephone manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Responsible, well-organized, self-initiated, well-groomed, customer service oriented and able to prioritize
  • Strong sense of team spirit
