Responsibilities

• To formulate and revise credit policies for both secured and unsecured lending products
• To liaise with business units in developing credit criteria for new business initiatives
• To conduct data mining/ system projects in order to mitigate credit risk of credit portfolios. Manage various decision to ensure consistent of policy execution and efficiency of operation.
• Evaluate and monitor internal credit and collections scoring models and financial forecasting models, segmentation 

Requirements

• Degree holder in Risk Management, Statistics, Mathematics or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience of retail lending business.
• Solid experience in data mining, credit risk portfolio monitoring
• With knowledge in data processing and quantitative analysis, and using programming tools such as SAS or other statistical tools will be an advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and time management skills
• Proficiency in both Cantonese and English
