Responsibilities:

• Handle the processing of inward / outward Telegraphic Transfer remittance, fund transfers and related activities;
• Provide necessary coaching to staff for proper handling of account opening process in order to avoid customer complaints;
• Control keeper of the branch to ensure smooth operations processes and procedures with all relevant legal and local regulations;
• Manage the inquiries / requests from internal / external customers on transaction processing and related matters
• Monitor and continuously improve levels of service provided by staff.
• Provide suggestion for streaming operational procedures, increasing productivity, enhancing operational control, achieving resource utilization
• Assist Head of Operations with day-to-day branch operations ;
• Other ad hoc duties are required

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferable but not necessary,
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in payment operations
• in Good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility,
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Good at MS Office applications (Word & Excel)
