Our client, a large Chinese bank, is looking for a Operational Risk Manager.

Responsibilities

• Implement the operational risk assessment.
• Monitor the key indicators for operational risk of the Bank.
• Collect, identify and analyze the operational events.
• Liaise with various business units to know the key operational risk area, and design the appropriate tools to identify, assess and control operational risks.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years experience in operational risk management field, and familiar with BASEL and HKMA’s risk regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytic mind with good report writing skills, detailed-minded with good organization, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese(preferably fluent in Mandarin).
