PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Co-ordinate with Telesales, Customer Service and Merchants, Branches and Centre for the loan booking, fund disbursement, early settlement processing
• Issue cheques for Personal Instalment Loan and/or Balance Transfer programs
• Arrange cheque sign-off by bank authorised signatories, cheque deposit and stop cheque request
• Prepare and update loan payment files for reconciliation and settlement
• Follow up cheques issuance cases related to Personal Instalment Loan and/or Balance Transfer programs and report to relevant parties for the unpresented status
• Prepare customer data maintenance such as personal data, marketing opt-out and TU opt-out request
• Prepare GL entries posting and/or adjustment
• Assist supervisor to perform User Acceptance Test (UAT)

REQUIREMENT:

• HKDSE / HKCEE with minimum 1 year experience in banking preferably in data capturing
• Willing to work under pressure
• Customer oriented. Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Good PC knowledge e.g. MS Office & good typing skill
