Responsibilities:

• Assist Management to develop business plan and strategy, be responsible for project coordination and execution;
• Develop program to enhance market competitiveness and operating efficiency;
• Recommend workflow control and efficiency enhancement proactively;
• Conduct data mining and provide recommendation with data analysis for management decision making;
• Act as a coordinator between Headquarter and Hong Kong Branch in system / report related projects;
• Assist to perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) for system enhancement;
• Assist in any ad-hoc projects assigned by management.

 Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Quantitative Finance;
• With a minimum of 4 years’ Business Banking experience;
• Knowledge in commercial banking operations, credit process, post-lending monitoring and related legal and regulatory requirements;
• Strong business sense, analytic, clear-minded and organized;
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and able to work under pressure;
• Proficient in MS Office applications and data mining; and
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is preferable.
