Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist Management to develop business plan and strategy, be responsible for project coordination and execution;
- Develop program to enhance market competitiveness and operating efficiency;
- Recommend workflow control and efficiency enhancement proactively;
- Conduct data mining and provide recommendation with data analysis for management decision making;
- Act as a coordinator between Headquarter and Hong Kong Branch in system / report related projects;
- Assist to perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) for system enhancement;
- Assist in any ad-hoc projects assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Degree holder preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or Quantitative Finance;
- With a minimum of 4 years’ Business Banking experience;
- Knowledge in commercial banking operations, credit process, post-lending monitoring and related legal and regulatory requirements;
- Strong business sense, analytic, clear-minded and organized;
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and able to work under pressure;
- Proficient in MS Office applications and data mining; and
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is preferable.
