Our client is a Global investment bank. To support its rapid business expansion in Asia, they are looking to recruit an Application Support Analyst (Permanent) in Hong Kong.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Register in application interfaces with reactivity the client’s contracts provided by the Front-Office teams
• Provide a high level functional support on the product by phone and e-mail to Front-Office teams, Relationship Managers and E-Banking local teams
• Ensure the qualification and the follow-up of technical and functional issues with sponsorship, Business line and Technical support teams
• Train Back-Office and E-Banking teams and any other identified person on support processes within the product and Bank Interfaces
• Realize a regular reporting of the activity, following Service Level Agreement indicators required by the Business line, completed with analysis and potential recommendations to improve the service
• Update of the knowledge database to optimize and improve the Support activity
• Share with others Regional Support and Registration teams any Asian region added value information and knowledge
• Compose and update procedures intended for Front-Office teams
• Verify reported issues and troubleshoot using JIRA
• Review business requirements and provide constructive feedback
• Participate in Roster for mobile support hotline
• Follow bank’s standard according to management direction

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• 3 year working experience, previous experience in Banking / Finance industry is a must
• Solid experience in IT support and familiar with SQL query, Unix Shell Scripts, PL/SQL, and Oracle etc.
• Experienced in J2EE, Spring, Hibernate Framework would be essential
• Strong in Websphere and Unix platform
• Good knowledge of Cash Management / Payment / E-Banking Business Activity is a plus
• Fluent in Cantonese and English is a must
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Interest for Internet and for technical issues
• Willing to work under pressure and mission oriented
• Attention to details to ensure the quality of work
