Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to senior management in Hong Kong
- Coordinating and executing corporate development and corporate finance related assignments, including direct investments, mergers and acquisitions, notifiable and connected transactions and other fund raising activities
- Assessing potential deals, preparing business and investment analysis and proposals
- Participating and coordinating in due diligence exercises
Requirments:
- University graduate or holder of professional qualification in Finance / Accounting
- Minimum 6 years solid experience in corporate finance and / or related fields
- Sound knowledge of the Listing Rules and Takeovers Code and relevant regulatory requirements for both PRC and HK regions
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
Salary annual Package is 800K to 1.2 Million
