As our System Operations Specialist, you will be dedicated to perform daily systems and network monitoring and maintenance.  You will provide quality technical assistance on system installation, deployment, migration and troubleshooting.  You are required to proactively follow up on all support issues in a timely manner and ensure all issues are properly resolved or escalated.

Responsibility:

•          Provide technical support on daily operations of systems & network;
•          Provide office automation and helpdesk support;
•          Provide hardware, software & network installation, maintenance and troubleshooting;
•          Monitor in house IT system and network health status;
•          Assist in testing of system development;
•          Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

•          Diploma/ Degree holder in Computer Science, Management Information System or related disciplines
•          1-2 years of IT support experience in Windows Server, SQL Server, Windows workstation and network           devices, preferably in finance or securities industry
•          Excellent time management skills and demonstrated troubleshooting and crisis management abilities
