Job Purpose

Perform maker role to prepare and administer loan documentation to comply with Credit Policy

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare facility letter, loan and security documentation
• Identify documentation deficiencies, issue document deficiencies report and recommend rectification
• Ensure to meet the service pledge of documentation process
• Prepare instruction for registration and deregistration of Charge in Companies Registry
• Follow up perfection of new mortgage and legal opinion with external lawyers
• Follow up with business unit the rectification, missing of loan and security documentation after line dispatched

Requirements

• Preferably a Degree holder or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years loan documentation experience
• Good knowledge on Companies Ordinance and legal requirements for perfection of loan documentation
• Good knowledge and concept in corporate banking products
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer)
