Our Client, a well-established bank, is looking for suitable candidate to fill the abovementioned position.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, communicating and implementing operational risk related policies and procedures
• Engage in Risk and Control Self-assessment validation test to evaluate management control and report on control weaknesses to management
• Advise business units on operational risks and control issues
• Review and assess adequacy of general operational risk control, make recommendations to enhance control and risk mitigation measures

Requirements:

• Degree holder in related disciplines
• At least 5 years' experience in Operational Risk Management and Business Continuity Planning, preferably in banking or financial services industry
• Good understanding of risk and control assessment techniques and their applications
• Strong knowledge of banking operations
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel applications, with knowledge in VBA an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Less experience candidate will be considered as Assistant Manager
