Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage and oversight the fund raising for the company’s international acquisitions by means of bank debts, syndication loans, bond, equity finance solutions, and etc.;
• Coordinate company’s debt and capital structure by, including but not limited to, repayment, refinancing, and compliance;
• Draft proposals, documents, and reports regarding the fund products and fund management companies;
• Take responsibility for the communication, pitching, negotiation, and etc. of the fund raising projects;
• Maintain good relationship with clients and other parties;
• Participate in any ad-hoc projects when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree holder in Investment, Finance, BBA, or related discipline;
• At least 3 years of solid experience in sizable company working for trust fund, private equity, real estate/property investment or securities;
• CFA / CPA / CIIA is preferred;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Perceptive and analytical;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese).
