Our client, a well-known bank company in Hong Kong, is looking for a high calibre to join the group.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily health check and system monitoring to ensure that user problems are resolved in a timely manner
• To provide technical support to front-line for both in house developed and vendor provided trading and clearing system
• Assist in the system upgrade, routine test and follow up the outstanding problems
• Work closely with internal user and external vendor to fulfill the system enhancement or change in time

Requirements

• University Degree in IT disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in financial institutions
• Good knowledge in SQL scripts and Linux command, Shell programing in a plus
• Self-motivated, able to work independently under minimal supervision
• Strong learning ability and problem solving skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
