Job Description
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Work with external counterparties and custodian on the fund operations
- Overall responsibility for fund operations from trade booking and verification, confirmation preparation, failed trade investigation, settlement
- Prepare daily cash and position reconciliation
- Manage the operation team, oversee daily settlement, valuation, P&L reconciliation and issues relating to AML/KYC compliance
- Liaise with prime brokerages on trades matters
- Monitor and ensure trades are settled on a timely manner
- Ensure fund operations compiled with the firm's standard
- Participate in ad-hoc project when required
Requirement:
- Degree holder in Finance/ Business/ Economics/ Accounting or related disciplines
- 2+ years of related work experience
- Knowledge of hedge fund
- Candidate with fund operations or fund accounting are welcome
- Fluent in English and Chinese(Mandarin) in terms of both writing and verbal communication skills
