Our client is a Banking and Financial Institution.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily settlement task;
• Ensure all processing transactions are compliance with Company policies and regulations;
• Perform day to day monitoring of Securities Clearing system;
• To assist preparation of MIS reports and monthly statistic reports;
• Assist in ad-hoc project as assigned.

Requirements:

• F.5 standard or above in any related disciplines;
• 1-3 years relevant experience in processing Securities settlement;
• Working experience in financial company preferably in settlement  / back office operations would be an advantage;
• Good understanding on the daily settlement operations;
• Knowledge in MS Office;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Fluent in Putonghua would be an advantages;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fresh graduate will also be considered.
