Responsibilities:

• Assist Department Head to establish annual business plan and achieve business target
• Assist to make overall arrangements of funding schemes including daily, weekly, monthly report and fund positions
• Support the Team Head to coordinate and develop Hong Kong and overseas business (mainland China exclusive)
• Explore new business opportunities with Financial Institutions and companies
• Develop and maintain a constant and sound relationship with clients
• Complete other tasks as assigned by department head

• 配合部門主管制定並實施部門經營計劃及完成部門業績指標
• 配合統籌安排公司資金計劃
• 建立與維護銀行等金融機構的產品發行管道關係網絡，組織開展香港及境外其他地區融資
• 挖掘市場潛在的合作夥伴，積極拓展融資業務，維護與客戶關係網絡

Requirements:

• University graduate in Finance, Business, Economics or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of solid experience in financial markets or banks of Hong Kong, and sound knowledge on rules and regulatory requirements
• Strong sense in compliance and risk control
• Good management skills, communication and co-ordination skills, and good decision-making skills
• Extensive social networking in banking or financial industry is preferred
• Well-versed in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

• 大學或以上學歷，金融、商業、經濟等相關專業
• 3年以上本地銀行或資產管理公司金融市場工作相關經驗，熟悉有關法例法規要求
• 具有廣泛社會關係網路和金融系統內人脈資源
• 具有較強的管理能力、協調溝通能力、做決定能力
• 中英文能力強，普通話流利
