Job Description
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline;
- 1 year or above of work experience in banking sector; prior accounting or audit experience is a plus (but not mandatory);
- Possessing basic knowledge of rules and regulations in Hong Kong;
- Fluent in speaking and writing English & Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
Responsibilities:
- Assist Compliance Manager in handling day-to-day compliance tasks at Hong Kong Branch;
- Liaise closely with different departments at Hong Kong Branch, the Bank’s Head Office in Taiwan and external legal counsels to provide advices on rules, regulations and policies;
- Conduct compliance monitoring and testing;
- Review and evaluate general compliance issues/ concerns;
- Responsible for conducting due diligence checks and coordinating the AML programme of Hong Kong Branch
