Job Duties:

• Responsible for investment sourcing, investment analysis, valuations, negotiation, M&A, Exit, LP and etc;
• Carry out portfolio company analysis including valuations and financial modelling;
• Work with legal counsel to prepare and coordinate the execution of legal and transaction documents for investment projects;
• Conduct due diligence on potential investment opportunities and evaluating investment feasibility;
• Involve in M&A projects, including identifying new business opportunities, conduction feasibility studies, and implement the deal process;
• Plan, formulate and implement strategy review, market and industry research, business performance evaluation, and operations management;
• Monitor invested projects and prepare periodic updates and reports on investment;
• Other ad-hoc project assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree's holder in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related disciplines.
• At least 10 years' working experience in Private Equity/ Private Debt Direct Investment, Fund-of-Fund/ LP con-investment/ Law firm corporate/ M&A/ Fund Formation and/or Family Office;
• Strong business acumen with experience in critically evaluating business and investment opportunities;
• Familiarity with PE fund formation and fund raising processes;
• Ability to perform under pressure with high attention to detail and capable of acting on own initiative/self-disciplined;
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills;
• Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent in business writing and speaking in English, Cantonese, proficiency in Mandarin is a must;
• Strong sense of confidentiality with personal integrity and code of professional ethic.
