Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with business lines to acquire the requirements of products and services on e-Banking channels
• Collaborate with business lines to research on the innovative e-Banking special products and launch new products if possible
• Formulate, revise and deploy the online process of new products and services on e-Banking channels
• Assess the current product process on e-Banking channels and make improvements if any
• Coordinate with compliance and risk management divisions to ensure the e-Banking online product process meets the regulatory requirements with adequate risk control
• Responsible for the training of new products process implemented on e-Banking channels
• Provide wholesale online banking support in the areas of customer marketing, customer relationship maintenance, and customer service

  Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Technology or other related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years' experience on retail/ wholesale banking sector and/or e-Banking field in the sizable financial institutions
• Keen interest in new digital technologies and trends
• Good business acumen with solid knowledge of banking and financial products
• Excellent communication skills; cooperative and supportive; able to motivate others to strike for excellence
• Self-motivated, result oriented, meticulous and able to work under pressure
• Capable of working independently as well as being a team player
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
