The company is seeking a Treasury Manager. This position will be stationed at our Tsim Sha Tsui Head Office.

Job duties:

• Advise and manage treasury activities such as financing, fund allocation and risk management;
• develop treasury strategies and directions of the company, cash flow management, cash flow forecast and centralized treasury management system;
• maintain and review treasury policies and procedures on a regular basis;
• mnsure the timeliness, accuracy and completeness of reports on treasury operations;
• maintain strong relationship with the banks and credit agencies;
• ad hoc duties when necessary.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in accounting, finance, economics or related discipline;
• 5-8 years treasury experience at a sizable company; minimum 2 years at supervisory level;
• familiar with legal documentations related to bank loan arrangements and various type of bank payment methods;
• strong understanding in treasury activities and asset, liability and capital management;
• strong communication and analytical skills;
• immediate availability is highly preferred.

*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
