Responsibilities:

• Assist in applying for SFC Type 1 License;
• Act as Responsible Officer to supervise daily securities operations;
• Formulate, review and update the operations procedures to ensure full regulatory compliance and risk control；

Requirements:

• University graduates in finance, accounting or business related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years working experience in securities firms;  
• SFC registered RO/Qualified Representative for license 1;
• Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua is a plus.
