Job Responsibilities:

• Assist CEO or Director to execute project tasks according to the defined scope, schedule and deadline
• Provide full supports including company, stock, data analysis and interpretation on various types of  projects
• Provide support on research, financial analyses, data mining and evaluation activities relating to ECM execution of investment banking transactions.
• Provide support on preparation of all internal and external documents e.g. sales memos, agreements, syndicate briefing documents, roadshow materials, powerpoint presentations, internal proposals, etc.
• To conduct market research and analysis to identify business needs and opportunities
• Prepare regular financial and investment updates.
• Keep track on market activities and relevant news.

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years working experience as business analyst in financial services industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, effective organization skills and a team player.
• Detail-oriented, number sensitive, ability in multi-tasking and to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Strong PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
