Responsibilities:

• Collect sufficient information and documentation from clients and ensure policy application case submissions are complete and accurate
• Foster long-lasting client relationship and ensure excellent quality of underwriting services
• Ensure effective and efficient underwriting processes

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably with LOMA qualification or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in life insurance industry, with exposure in underwriting a definite advantage
• Strong service orientation, with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
• High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
