They are seeking for an outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to join as the Legal Counsel in Hong Kong Legal team focusing on legal related regulatory advisory.

Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of support to the Senior Legal Counsel 
• Negotiating, drafting and reviewing legal document, including corporate transaction documents for related investments, engagement letters and as well as contractual agreements. 
• Provide legal advice to management and business units of the Company in relation to corporate financing activities, focusing on ECM 
• Responsible for monitor, plan and implement programs fro changes in legislation affecting the operations of the company and provide general operation support to IBD/CMD department

Requirements

• HK Qualified 5-8 PQE with solid experience at international law firm or in-house financial institution
• Familiar with Legal knowledge and experience in handling capital market (ECM) and general corporate transaction for listed companies 
• Fluent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Salary Range between 1.5m - 1.6m base + attractive bonuses
