Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily IT operation in an efficient manner
• Provide all aspects of desktop support
• Liaise with internal users and external vendors
• Research and advise solution with latest technologies

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Information Technology or related disciplines;
• 2 years banking experience in IT (banking industry is preferred);
• Solid experience in supporting Windows platform and Symantec backup product;
• Having experience in following areas would be advantage:
• AS400
• IBIS
• SWIFT Alliance
• Development experiences, especially in Visual FoxPro

• Proactive, good interpersonal and work independently.
