Responsibilities

- Assist top management to formulate strategy to communicate with the investment community.

- Provide support on production of interim and annual reports and presentations for investors and other corporate events.

- Plan and coordinate investors’ meetings, property visits and corporate events.

- Monitor and keep track of shareholding movements.

- The individual will be tasked with maintaining relationships with existing and potential investors, serving as the key contact point for any queries/requests ranging from reporting, performance and strategy.

- The incumbent will also be responsible for organizing investor relations event, handlling investor's enquiries, formulating investor presentations and interim/annual reports. Lastly, he/she will also perform a comprehensive competitive analysis, monitor market and industry news and conduct research and analysis.

Requirements

- Degree holder or above, preferable in finance, accounting, economics, marketing or related disciplines.

- Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably in listed companies.

- Good knowledge and network in local financial market, experience in PRC market will be an advantage.

- Good organizational, written, presentation, communication, project management and analytical skills.

- Good command of English and Chinese; able to speak Mandarin.

- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

- Presentable, versatile and willing to take challenges.
