Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer services including but not limited to the general enquiries, complaints handling, account opening, etc.;
• Support clients or account managers to execute trading orders of HK and other markets e.g. US stocks;
• Conduct on-going Customer Due Diligence (CDD) review;
• Train up oversea office teammates on various customer service related matters/issues and ensure in compliance with relevant rules and regulations;
• Liaise with different departments to coordinate and provide operational support between internal parties (front office and back office) and external parties (service providers) ensuring the smooth services process delivery;
• Responsible to maintain customer relationships for achieving the organizational objectives
• Manage and update the information in company website;
• Participate in system enhancements, UATs and ad hoc projects; and
• Occasional day/short trip to mainland for client meetings may be required.

Requirements:

•  F.7 or above with at least 3 years' customer services experience in brokerage firm is a must;
• Holder of SFC Type 1 licenses is essential;
• Knowledge of Ayers Front and Back office trading operating platform will be an advantage;
• Good team player and capable of working in a fast-paced environment;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, independent & strong sense of responsibility;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, and fluency in Putonghua is a must;
• Proficient in PC knowledge such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint; Chinese word processing is essential;
• Immediate available is preferred.
