Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain record keeping/filing systems;
• Provide supports to our corporate finance team;
• Prepare pitching documents such as proposals and information memorandum; and
• Assess potential deals and explore new business opportunities by market research, variation analysis and financial modeling.

The Candidate should have the following :-

• University degree (preferably in Accounting / Business / Finance or related discipline);
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Able to work independently and under pressure;
• Be responsible, self-motivated, organized and meticulous; and
• Possess good initiative and people skills capable to work in a team environment.
