Our client is a well established Hong Kong Listed Business Investment Company. To cope with their rapid expansion, they are currently looking for an IR professional to join their IR team.

Responsibilities

Investor relations management

• Conduct annual report, contractor performance briefing, roadshow, conference, investor research, other activities with board of directors, and communicate with investors;
• Handle investor queries and compile feedback from the investors’ side in phone calls emails, fax or any other channels.
• Maintain company's Web site and establishment of investor relations management column, online disclosure of company information to facilitate investor inquiries;
• Strengthen cooperation with the financial media to arrange interview for the senior management and other important parties.
• Responsible for the establishment, improvement and custody of the investor relations activity;
• Maintain and strengthen communication with the buyer and seller, and establish good communication channels of mutual trust.
• Keep updating company public opinion and insight into investor sentiment changes by paying attention to the Internet, forums, weibo, newspapers and other social media channels related to the company's news, information;
• Sort out hot topic, events, remarks and views from network and conduct solution for Immediate respond;
• Prepare related information resources & materials including designs and layouts.
• Establish a good relationship of mutual trust by knowing about the media and capital markets, intermediaries and financial media

Other

• On-site arrangement: Arrangement and reception of the relevant activities from  board of directors and internal departments;
• Undertake the work assigned by the Leaders;

Requirements

• Degree holder or above, preferable in Economic, Finance, Journalism, Legal or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience, preferably in listed companies.
• Good knowledge and network between investor and list company, financial media and IPO requirement.
• Good organizational, written, presentation, communication, project management and analytical skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese; able to speak Mandarin.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
• Presentable, versatile and willing to take challenges.
