Responsibilities:

• Execute a full spectrum of corporate finance and capital market transactions
• Prepare PowerPoint presentation
• Involve in job execution and due diligence works
• Liaise with clients, other professional parties and communicate with regulatory authorities
• Other Ad Hoc business projects

Requirements:

• University graduate or above
• Fresh graduate or candidates with one year of relevant working experience
• Analytical mindset, with a commercial acumen
• Possess initiative and strong work ethics with the ability to work independently and under tight schedule
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking and problem solving capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in the use of spreadsheets and presentation skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Fluency in Putonghua is a must)
