AVP Company Secretary - Financial Institution /Securities brokerage /Banking $50K 

Responsibilities:

• Handling company secretarial duties for the listed companies and its Hong Kong and overseas subsidiaries
• Handling and organizing the preparation of annual/interim/quarterly reports, SFC filings, board meetings, board committee meetings and general meetings, and drafting announcements and circulars
• Assisting in handling ad hoc projects

 Requirements:

• Degree holder 
• Associate member of ICSA/HKICS
• At least 3-5 years of post qualification company secretarial experience In Banking or Financial Institution  preferably gained in professional firms and/or listed companies in China based 
• Ability to handle full range of company secretarial work independently
• Must Practical experience in dealing with PRC company secretarial matters
• Be a self-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of responsibility
• Good PC knowledge of Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese with ability to communicate in Mandarin
