Product Manager will repsonsible for Product Distributions, Operations and Terminations of Business in Asset Management.

Job Duties:

• Communicate and modify the contracts, and follow up the process of Product Distributions
• Connecting the Administrator and the Custodian; and manage the Evaluation and Redemptions affairs during the Operations phase
• Arrange and complete the Termination procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in Asset Management activities
• Working experience with China affiliated institutions will be an advantage
• Knowledge in Cayman Islands Funds and fund ratings are preferable
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

主要负责9号牌资管业务的产品发行、运作、终止。

工作内容主要包括：

• 在产品发行阶段，负责沟通及修改合同，跟进产品发行的流程
• 在产品运作阶段，负责与行政管理人、托管人对接，跟进估值、开放申赎等事务
• 在产品终止阶段，完成产品的终止流程

要求：

• 有在香港资管公司工作经验优先，尤其是中资背景的券商资管
• 了解开曼基金、分级基金优先
• 在香港工作的内地人优先
• 熟练掌握普通话、粤语、英语三种语言
