Responsibilities:

• Drive new consumer banking business through e-channel
• Assist in managing e-channel development projects such as online, mobile and social media to support the business growth
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on project implementation and service launch
• Perform market research on digital industry trends, competitive environment and assist to identify business potential and new product features to enhance service quality and customer experience
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, eBanking, Information Technology or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience on eBanking or digital marketing, preferably in banking/ financial institutions 
• Creative thinking with keen interest in online technologies and trends
• Self-motivated and result oriented with good analytical skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese/Putonghua
