Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Execute trading instructions on FX, global futures and options for the clients in a professional and timely manner;
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure compliance in all operations areas;
- Establish and maintain good relationship with clients, provide quality service to address to client’s needs;
- Issue margin call report and supporting documents for trading;
- Helps provide competitive and comprehensive custodial services to clients;
- Answer customer’s phone enquiries; Filling, report printing and payment message, arrange deposit and withdrawal;
Requirements:
- University Degree in any disciplines with 3 years working experience preferred;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer oriented;
- SFC Type 2 & 3 License holders;
- Able to work on HK holiday, and willing to work in shifts;
- Fluent speaking in English and Putonghua is a must;
- Good computer skills with MS Word Excel.
