Our organization
We are strengthening the Collateral Account Management and Operation Team and looking for an experienced member of Operations. Joining us will give you a unique opportunity to increase your skill set by developing new expertise in the Collateral Management domain, a key area of focus for the industry at this time, as well as increasing your relationship management skills.

Your Role & Responsibility as Collateral Account Manager and Operations
Manage timely and accurately control queries, transactions processing (instructions input, exclusions…) and reporting generation.
Follow up on Custody or Corporate action events processed on Collateral positions (investigate validity of the event and proceed and process cash or securities adjustments)
Implement Collateral profiles and accounts in the Collateral Management platform according to the clients contracts.
Owner of the Collateral Operational Relationship with a portfolio of clients based in Asia-Pacific.
Handle all Collateral Management inquiries received via phone or email for your portfolio of clients across products and trades (investigation on collateral, reporting, contract management, instructions…).
Responsible for the oversight and monitoring of the activity of clients across all of the different collateral products (receipt and matching of clients instructions, reporting, collateralization…).
Ensure client satisfaction and client loyalty is developed and maintained.
Collect issues and expectations through the client survey, the day to day monitoring and client contacts.
Act as internal and external facilitator for any ad hoc escalations.
