AVP Fund Operations (RQF/QDII/Public funds )  -Asset Management $30K-40K 

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for administration and maintenance of investment records
• Review of unit price and net asset value calculations, ensuring prices and movements are reconciled and validated
• Prepare Net Asset Valuations for discretionary accounts and funds on a monthly, weekly or daily basis
• Trade processing, cash & stock reconciliations
• Maintenance of the Fund Operations policies and procedures
• Liaise with service providers including auditors, custodians, trustees, fund administrators and brokers
• Ensure On-boarding/ Compliance/ KYC and AML processes are consistent

 Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines
• Over 5 years of fund operation exp in Public funds , RQF/Authorized funds exp 
• Fund operation in asset management, NAV calculation 
• Fluent in English and Chinese in terms of both writing and verbal communication skills
• Fluent Mandarin speaking is a must
• Proficient in PC skills / computer operations including Microsoft Office Applications
