Duties
工作职责：

• To lead a MIS/Model team to perform analytical support to the Company                                
• To develop and validate credit scorecards and other predictive models                                
• To perform advanced credit MIS and business analytics for credit card and unsecured loans portfolios                                
• To identify and design credit risk reports to ensure sound risk control and comply with internal and external regulatory requirements                                
• To formulate credit strategies/policies to assist business growth and maximize profitability                                
• Work with various business units to determine and meet their analytical needs    
                             
  

• 帶領MIS/模型團隊，為公司信用卡業務提供數據分析和支持                                
• 構建，發展和維護信用評分卡以及其他數據分析模型                                
• 為信用卡及無抵押貸款產品提供高級数据和商業分析                                
• 设计相關信用分析報告，確保風險控制符合內部和外部監管要求                                
• 制定相關的風險政策，幫助公司實現利益最大化                                
• 与不同業務部門合作，滿足其他部門的數據分析需求        

Requirement
任职要求：        

• Degree in Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, Decision Science, Data Mining or related disciplines                                
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in banking, specializing MIS reporting, database management, predictive modeling or portfolio management                                
• Good understanding of risk modelling and analytical skills                                
• Proficiency in SAS, Enterprise Miner, Excel VBA ,Access SQL                                
• " Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills and a good team player"                                
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus                                
• Candidtate with less experience will be considered as Credit Manager   
                    
  

• 具有大學學歷，統計學，數據分析，電腦，數據挖掘或者其他相關領域                                
• 最少5年銀行工作經驗，熟悉MIS報告，資料庫管理，建模或者投資組合管理                                
• 精通SAS,Enterprise Miner, Excel VBA, Access SQL                                
• 進取心強，良好的溝通能力和具有團隊合作精神                                
• 具有良好的中英語文能力，普通話流利者優先                                
• 申请者有较少的工作经验，也会考虑任聘为信贷经理
