The Job:

• Handle the requests from internal users on procurement and purchase of hardware, software and services
• Works with suppliers and vendors on getting quotations based on users’ requirements and makes recommendations for supplier selection
• Monitors the approval flow of procurement requests
• Assists in the preparation and sending of purchase orders, invoice handling, data entry and documentation filing
• Maintains purchasing & payment records
• Provide clerical support to the department

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 3 years relevant experience, experience in contract and procurement process is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
