Responsibility:

1. Based in Hong Kong, and reporting to the head of IR, the incumbent is responsible for managing the investor relations portfolio in relation to institutional investors, shareholders and general investors.
2. Follow head of IR to manage corporate relationships with institutional investors, shareholders, general investors and the financial community and represent the group to attend investor relation program including investor conference, road show, one-on-one meetings and site visits.
3. Cooperate with head of IR to maintain relationship with buy side and sell side analysts.
4. Cooperate with head of IR to Handle fund managers and equity analysts with a view to make sure the right messages are delivered to the appropriate audience.
5. Coordinate media relation and ensure correct message is delivered to the media.
6. Submit investor visit report to head of IR for update on comments, questions and suggestions from investors.
7. Schedule and arrange for international road show and local luncheons and networking meetings for investors to meet head of IR or senior management team.
8. Write and edit original content for ongoing investor communications, presentation and company announcement.
9. Establish and maintain investor database of the Group as well as database of fund managers and equity research analyst.
10. Manage the website with regards to the investor relation section.
11. Attend other public or company functions as requited by senior management which maybe outside regular office hours and work days.

Requirement:

1. Degree holder in Finance/Accountancy
2. Degree in marketing, communications, journalism is also an advantage.
3. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience, equity research experience will be an advantage
4. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an asset.
5. Proactive, confident, analytical and good communicator.
6. If have good network with fund manager or equity analyst will be preferred.
7. Strong business acumen and ability to work independently and strategically.
