Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing business and strategic plan for new investment opportunities of HK & PRC;
• Communicate with corporate leadership on forward thinking strategies and bring continuous growth in investment performance;
• Identify potential suitable investment opportunities;
• Handle investment project execution work, including due diligence, financial analysis, modeling , evaluation activities;
• Handle company incorporation matters in PRC and managing cross-border investment channels;
• Oversee the preparation of annual reports and other internal reports;
• Comply with financial regulations, legislation and procedures in PRC.

Job Requirements:

• /Finance/Investment/Law or related disciplines;
• Over 15 years' experience iMaster degree holder in Accountingn Accounting/Finance/Investment/Law or related disciplines, preferred working experience and knowledge in PRC-based conglomerate/group;
• Familiar with Hong Kong and PRC accounting standard;
• Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively and take a leadership role in a team environment across division lines;
• Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines, and have the aptitude to synthesize large amounts of information and develop innovative solutions;
• Be adaptable, able to manage projects independently and ready to assume a high level of responsibility as a member of a team;
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, Mandarin;
• Willing to travel as some companies within the Group and subsidiaries are PRC-based.
