Responsible Officer – Type 1 & 2

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Responsible Officer with management responsibilities and duties to supervise SFC Type 1 and 2 regulated activities;
• Being the OMO to manage daily operations to ensure full regulatory compliance;
• Lead the ROs to ensure the operations are fully complied with SFC rules and regulations.
• Liaise with other professional parties and communicate with relevant authorities, such as SFC and Hong Kong Stock Exchange;

Requirements：

• Be licensed Responsible Officer for SFC Type 1 & 2;
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in securities brokerage firm;
• Strong knowledge in SFC rules and regulations in respect to Type 1, 2, 4 and 5 regulated activities;
• Experience and understanding of middle and back office operation;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• A detail-minded team leader with strong leadership and communication skills;
• Multi-tasking, problem-solving skills and flexible;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferred;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
