Our client is a commercial bank in Hong Kong. They are now recruiting several credit risk manager / senior manager for the rapid expansion of the team.

1. Senior Risk Management Manager - Credit Risk Modelling

Job Description

• Develop, implement and enhance credit risk rating models and systems; 
• Formulate policies and procedures to facilitate the credit risk models implementation;
• Evaluate the credit portfolio of the bank;
• Establish and review the credit risk policies and procedures for the bank;
• Design and carry out stress-testing, limit setting programmes and concentration capital calculation for ICAAP report;
• Analyse and review credit applications and proposals;
• Evaluate risk level and prepare assessment reports; 
• Facilitate credit product development to strengthen the competitiveness of the bank in commercial lending, trade finance and other credit products.

Requirements:

• Master or Bachelor Degree holder in Risk Management, Statistics, Quantitative Finance, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Information System  or related disciplines preferably with professional qualification in ACCA/ CPA/ CFA/ FRM / PRM;
• In-depth knowledge in Basel regulatory requirements and banking practices in credit risk management is essential;  knowledge in counterparty credit risk is a plus;
• At least 7 years experience in the development of credit risk internal ratings-based system, policy formulation is preferred; 
• Sound knowledge in statistical and quantitative analysis and familiar with SAS, Excel VBA, SQL and MS office. Knowledge in Fermat and Bloomberg application is preferable;
• Analytical, independent, possession of good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager or Assistant Manager.
