An employer of choice, this leading FMCG company is renowned for their innovative stable of products. As part of talent pipeline development, they are seeking a Customer Development Finance Manager to join their team in Hong Kong.

This is a highly visible role where you will work closely with senior business leaders and provide financial decision support to drive strategic plans and business performance for their key channels in Hong Kong. You will provide commercial insights to cross-functional teams and support business growth through rigourous evaluation of P&L, key business drivers, trade spend and capital investment. In addition, you will champion best practices and drive the development of analytical tools to forecast business evolution. High performing candidates can look forward to rotation/ overseas secondment opportunities.

This position will be based in Hong Kong.

You are a qualified CA with at least 8 years of experience in commercial finance, ideally gained with blue chip FMCG multinationals. Prior exposure to business case evaluation and financial modelling will be critical for success in this role. You have a track record in identifying business trends, providing sound recommendations and establishing relationships with senior business stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you will be described as personable, enterprising and a strong business partner.
