Responsibilities:

• Monitoring Credit Management performance and matters: 
• Propose credit policies in line with Schneider entity sales and financial objectives
• Advice on credit structure and credit performance of customers and of classes of business (credit limit, payment term and security)
• Maintain credit management system (SAP or related, MyDSO)
• Provide regular reports to help monitor credit exposure of customers on an ongoing basis)

• Contributing in commercial contract review process and acting as “Subject Matter Expert” regarding Credit, Treasury and Insurance related matters
• Managing Bank guarantees process
• DOA and internal control gatekeeper
• Engaging in ad-hoc projects to increase operational efficiency or securing compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Credit and Collection with at least 2 years in managerial positions
• Highly analytical with strong working knowledge of financial and operational processes
• Leadership, detail-oriented and good organizational skills
• Ability to drive initiatives, handle multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to manage relationships both internally and externally
• Strong computer skills on Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communications in Chinese and English
