Main Responsibilities:

1. Assist to handling group finance functions.
2. Perform day-to-day accounting operations including preparing vouchers, cheques and bank reconciliation, bank receipts, payroll and payment transactions.
3. Prepare management reports, review vouchers & documents.
4. Compliance with local tax & other statutory requirement.
5. Liaise with bank, auditors & other professional advisers.
6. Arrange & attend stocktake every month end & year end.
7. Responsible and able to work under pressure and meeting with tidy deadline.
8. Independently, mature and self-motivated.
9. Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

1. Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Business.
2. Minimum 10 years solid experience to handle full set of accounts with at least 5 years, preferably in F & B Industries.
3. Good knowledge and experience in HKASs/HKFRSs and Hong Kong taxation.
4. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Word-processing.
5. Good command of English and Chinese.
6. Knowledge in MYOB accounting system.
7. Candidates immediately available highly preferred.

Salary : Negotiable
