Job Description

Our client is an UK Listed Multi-National Event Company with regional office in Hong Kong.  In the midst of build a Financial Shared Service team in Asia, we are looking for Finance Process Analyst for the current expansion of the team. 

The Finance Process Analyst will be responsible for :

  1. Validate and capture process knowledge from local finance to Asia Finance Shared Service Centre.
  2. Ensure all the process should be align with group global standard. 
  3. Provide training to the Shared Service Centre team.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Travel into countries to represent global standard process models
  • Identify and document legal local differences of global standard process models
  • Follow-up on issues of legal local requirements together with Director – Asia of Shared Service Centre and Asia Integration Lead of General Ledger
  • Document aligned process variants for respective countries
  • Responsible for knowledge transfer of General Ledger activities.
  • Handing over of all collected activities and tasks to Shared Service Centre
  • Ensure that transferred activities are performed correctly
  • Delivery training to Shared Service Centre team.

 JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  •    University Degree in Business or related discipline, or equivalent work experience
  •    Accounting experience in General Ledger with MNC will be preferable 
  •   Experience in handling full set of accounting 
  •    Ability to identify, communicate and solve problems quickly, decisively, and independently.
  •    Experience in using Oracle EBS
  •    Experience using Excel, including formulas and pivot tables with financial modelling skills

OTHER KEY SUCCESS ATTRIBUTES:

  • Position requires a broad range of business knowledge and an understanding of business drivers.
  • She/ he must have an aptitude for systems and strong management and communication skills.
  • Excellent cross functional and interpersonal skills in order to evolve business processes and support needs of business
