Duties:

• Responsible for handling daily account receivable and receivable
• Prepare SAP vouchers and maintain accurate accounting records
• Prepare monthly reconciliations with group companies and branch offices
• Assist in preparing accounting schedules and bank reconciliations
• Assist at yearly budget and annual financial audit
• Support Ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Tertiary Educated in Accountancy with 2 years relevant experience
• Be mature, independent, and able to work under pressure
• Keen to learn and attention to details
• Strong commitment to work and meet tight deadline
• Good command in English and Chinese (including mandarin)
• Proficient in MS office Word, Excel and computerized accounting systems
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Account Clerk
